YOU’RE OUR FIRST PRIORITY

Children are best motivated to reach their potential when they establish trust with an instructor. So, we’ve built our programmes around nurturing that trust and building meaningful relationships with our members. We’re thrilled to have you as a member and look forward to having you with us each week. After all, we wouldn’t be here without you.

NEED A MAKE-UP CLASS? NO PROBLEM.

If you’re going to miss a class, just let us know in advance and we will give you an excused absence & happily schedule a make-up class. Make-up classes can be scheduled at any time as long as your child is paid-up and enrolled in our class.

AWAY FOR A MONTH?

If you are unable to attend classes for one or two months but are committed to returning to The Little Gym, you can freeze your account for that period. We will hold your place in your preferred class while you are away at no cost. All we ask is that you give us advance notice, complete our Freeze Account form and ensure that the month of your return is paid at that time.

IN CASE YOU CAN’T STAY

We love having you as a member. But if for some reason you can’t stay, all we ask is 30 days notice given by completion of our Leavers Form. On the other hand, if you ever feel we haven’t lived up to our promises, we ask you to simply tell us. Our business is based on referrals and we encourage you to let us know if your experience is anything less than stellar.

COMPLIMENTARY PRACTICE TIME SESSIONS

All children enrolled in classes are entitled to attend age appropriate scheduled practice time sessions as a complimentary member benefit. This requires advance registration each week & each child is entitled to only one complimentary practice time weekly.

MEMBERSHIP HAS PRIVILEGES

While your child benefits from classes, your whole family can enjoy the privileges of membership. Discounts on Camps, Awesome Birthday Bashes, parties & more. You will also enjoy discounts from local businesses with your membership card and are a member of every The Little Gym worldwide.

SAFE, SOUND, AND SQUEAKY CLEAN.

We work hard to ensure each visit is clean and safe for you and your family. Daily and weekly cleaning and sanitation helps keep things sparkly and neat, but that’s not all. You can be rest assured that mats, equipment, floor and furniture were all selected with safety in mind.

THE LITTLE GYM IS FUN, SERIOUSLY.

Our classes are designed to bring out loads of giggles and grins. But make no mistake, there is some serious development going on. While children are having fun, they are also strengthening their physical skills, building self-esteem, and learning to love the feeling of achievement. It all adds up to a promise of confidence you can feel confident in.
