• Confident in speaking to customers
• Works well with others
• Speaks & writes fluent English. Other languages like Bahasa Malaysia & Chinese would be added advantage
• Has a diploma or degreed
• Providing outstanding customer service and membership experience second to none
GENERAL ROLES:
• Contact & follow up with all inquiries in a timely manner (via call, Whatsapp, emails, & any other mode of communication necessary)
• Closely track each inquiry status & follow the sales process set out by Sales Manager
• Explain our services & answer queries from inquiries, qualify inquiries, and book inquiries into Introductory classes
• Working closely with Sales Manager to achieve Sales Targets
• Other ad-hoc tasks to be assigned by a superior (Sales Manager) from time to time
• Relates well to customers of all ages
